Access to the Venue

The entrance to St George's Church is on George's Rd., off Lune St. PR1 2NP  It is quite near the sculpture at the bottom of Lune St., hidden behind the shops.  There is also an entrance from the Mobility Centre car park.

Coming by Bus

We are just 10 minutes walk from Preston Bus Station.  Go into the city centre.  Proceed down Fishergate pedestrianized area and turn right at Lune St.  Part way down, George's Rd. is on the right.  The church is immediately on the left.

Coming by Train

We are just 5 minutes walk from Preston Train Station.  Exit through the main door (ticket office), walk past the taxi rank to the main road, and turn right into Fishergate.  Part way into the shopping area, turn left onto Lune St.  Part way down, George's Rd. is on the right.   The church is immediately on the left.

Coming by car (not recommended)

There are several pay & display car parks nearby. Please refer to the parkopedia website for current information. There is a disabled parking area behind the church at the Preston Mobility Centre, strictly for blue badge holders only.

Park & Ride

Two park & ride schemes operate in Preston.  Parking is free and you catch a bus into the city centre. You can buy a return ticket from the driver (£1.60), or use a senior bus pass. Service is every 10 minutes.
